| This kyusu is made of Hasami-ware, which is famous for its fashionable containers. It has a stainless steel tea strainer that is deep enough to reach just below the bottom of the body. The lid knob is positioned so that it is easy to pour even with one hand. The lid can be hung from the bottom of the cup so that it can be placed anywhere. The pot was fired at about 1,300°C with iron powder on the clay to give it an earthen feel. From designs using traditional techniques to those incorporating seasonal tastes, each piece is carefully crafted in a workshop in Hasami surrounded by nature. |

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories. Please contact us before returning any items.
Return Shipping Costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate resolution.
For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your convenience, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. The actual cost will be communicated in advance and, with your approval, deducted from your refund.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label, where available. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours whenever possible, with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Natural variations in bamboo, wood, crystals, color, and texture are not considered defects.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return your item first and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days, minus any previously agreed return shipping costs or applicable deductions.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
