This fan is made of fan bone processed in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, and Japanese paper in Kyoto, and the final finishing is done by a traditional craftsman.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Return Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories. Please contact us before sending a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Natural variations in bamboo, wood, crystals, color, and texture are not considered defects.

You can always contact us for any return question at serekoo.ca@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
